NP Conference Registration

Join nurse practitioners from across BC for two days of learning, connection and leadership at the 2026 NP Conference. Registration is available for the full conference or for single-day attendance, with pricing for NNPBC members, non-members and students.

Early bird discount

Save $50 off all ticket types with early bird pricing, available until April 15. The discount is automatically applied during registration.

Ticket pricing

Full conference (two days)

• NNPBC Member: $600 + GST
• Non-Member (General): $700 + GST 
• Student: $250 + GST

Full conference registration (Friday & Saturday) includes:
– Access to all plenary and breakout sessions
– Access to the exhibitor area
– Friday breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch
– Saturday breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch
– Access to the Friday networking reception
– Digital conference materials

Single-day registration (Friday or Saturday) 

• NNPBC Member: $450 + GST
• Non-Member (General): $550 + GST
• Student: $150 + GST

Single-day conference registration includes:
– Access to all plenary and breakout sessions that day
– Access to exhibitors on that day
– Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch on that day
– Friday single-day registration includes access to the Friday networking reception

Cancellation policy

• Registrations are non-transferable.
• Refunds are available until May 1, 2026.
• After May 1, registrations are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Gala tickets follow the same refund deadline.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nnpbc.com.
